לעולם אימא לך לענין הטמנה דשומשמין נמי אסור לענין
SALT, LIME, OR SAND, WHETHER MOIST OR DRY; NOR IN STRAW, GRAPE-SKINS, SOFT FLOCKING<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' E.g., rags, wool, etc. ');"><sup>10</sup></span> OR HERBAGE, WHEN THEY ARE MOIST; BUT WE MAY STORE [FOOD] IN THEM WHEN THEY ARE DRY. <b><i>GEMARA</i></b>. The scholars propounded: Did we learn, peat of olives, whereas peat of poppy seed is well; or perhaps we learnt peat of poppy seed, and how much more so of olives? — Come and hear: For R.
