המקדיש נכסיו והיה בהן בהמה ראויה לגבי מזבח זכרים ונקבות

he does not [actually] bring a burnt-offering of a bird?<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' For a rich man who is required to set aside an animal for his burnt-offering cannot bring a bird which is a poor man's offering.
