רבי אלעזר היא דאמר
R'Eleazar, who said: If an unmarried man has intercourse with an unmarried woman without the intention thereby of making her his wife, he makes her a harlot.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' And therefore the hire is forbidden, whereas Abaye will hold the opinion of the Rabbis who dispute with R.
