כל הנקברין לא ישרפו כו'

Because the ashes of things which are buried are forbidden [to be used], whereas the ashes of things which are burnt are permitted [to be used].<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' If therefore he burns things which are to be buried, he might use the ashes which are forbidden.');">³⁴</span>
