יש זיקה ואתאי חליצה אפקעתיה לזיקה ורבנן סברי אין זיקה מעיקרא אילו אמר לה התקדשי לי בזיקת יבמין מי לא מהני השתא נמי מהני

that a levirate bond does exist<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., the validity of such a formula elsewhere is absolutely dependent on the existence of the levirate bond.
