רב שרביא אמר בחליצה כשירה אי דאמר לה התקדשי לי בזיקת יבמין כ"ע לא פליגי דלא מהני והכא בחליצה פסולה קמיפלגי מר סבר חליצה פסולה פוטרת ומר סבר חליצה פסולה אינה פוטרת
