וכן הבא על אחת מכל העריות שבתורה או פסולות כגון אלמנה לכ"ג גרושה וחלוצה לכהן הדיוט ממזרת ונתינה לישראל בת ישראל לממזר ולנתין פסלה ולא חילק בין ביאה לביאה:
