היבם: אי בת כהן לישראל היא פסיל לה (ויקרא כב, יג) ושבה אל בית אביה פרט לשומרת יבם אי בת ישראל לכהן היא לא מאכיל לה (ויקרא כב, יא) קנין כספו אמר רחמנא והא קנין דאחיו הוא:
