Commentary for Yoma 149:28

Women's adornments: Spices that they crush in a mortar with which they adorn themselves, that their smell should be pleasant to their husbands.

Cooking spices: A spice for a pleasant fragrant cooked dish.

There fell for them precious stones: They brought a voluntary offering from that which they found every morning, when they go out to pick up the manna, as it is stated, "and they picked it up each morning."

Literal nesi’im: They were clouds.

“Just like this shad (breast), a baby tastes several tastes: that the mother eats.
