ורבי יוחנן אמר דבר תורה אפי' עשה אין בו שנאמר (דברי הימים ב כ, ה) ויעמד יהושפט בקהל יהודה וירושלם בבית ה' לפני החצר החדשה מאי חצר החדשה אמר ר' יוחנן שחידשו בה דברים (הרבה) ואמרו טבול יום אל יכנס למחנה לויה
