אלא התם כיון דתקינו רבנן למימר ה' שפתי תפתח כתפלה אריכתא דמיא הכא נמי כיון דתקינו רבנן למימר השכיבנו כגאולה אריכתא דמיא:

In this case, since the Rabbis instituted the saying of "O Lord, open Thou my lips," it is considered part of the Tefillah ; so likewise in the evening prayer, the Rabbis having instituted the saying of "Cause us, etc.," it is considered part of the Ge'ullah.
