Halakhah for Nedarim 39:8
כדתניא מי שנזר ועבר על נזירותו אין נזקקין לו עד שינהוג בו איסור כימים שנהג בהן היתר דברי רבי יהודה אמר רבי יוסי במה דברים אמורים בנזירות מועטת אבל בנזירות מרובה דיו שלושים יום
does attend to it [before time], it does not act right [and must be reprimanded]. R. Aha b. And if he was married he should not be too regular (often) with his wife, and if as they say "that talmidai chachomim should not be found by their wifes and roosters" (this ment) not sposificly talmidai chachomim but the same law is also every man, they wrote "talmidai chachomim" since abstinent if found by them, ...
