For lightnings one says, "Blessed... Whose strength and might fill the world." What is lightning? Raba said : A flash. Also said Raba: A single flash, a white flash, a green flash, and clouds which rise in the western corner and come from the south corner, and two clouds which rise one opposite the other, are all inauspicious.
