צריכא דאי אשמעינן בהא בהא קאמר רב משום דמנפשיה קמישתבע אבל בהך דבי דינא משבעי ליה אימא מודי ליה לשמואל כדרבי אמי דאמר רבי אמי כל שבועה שהדיינים משביעין אותה אין חייבין עליה משום שבועת ביטוי
