But when Rabin came he said in the name of R. Yohanan: In respect of a surplus obtained without exertion all agree that [it belongs to the] husband, and they only differ in respect of a surplus obtained through exertion; the first Tanna holds [that even this belongs]... to her husband while R. Akiva holds [that it belongs] to herself! Papa said: A find is like a surplus gained through exertion, [concerning which there is] a difference of opinion between R. Akiva and the rabbis.
