Rather, [maybe it could be derived] from that which R. Hiyya b. Abin taught: “In the case of a betrothed wife, [a husband] is neither [subject to the laws of] onen nor may he defile himself for her, and she too is not subject to the laws of onen nor does she defile herself for him. If she died he does not inherit from her. If he dies, she collects her ketubah.”
