אלא אי איתמר הכי איתמר אמר רב המנונא
the text therefore states: 'And he shall give thy valuation in that day as a holy thing unto the Lord'; that is to say, it is still consecrated [in thy hand] unti reaches the hand of the Temple treasurer.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Hence a man is responsible for the valuation money until it actually reaches the Temple treasury, thus in conflict with R.
