asked of R'Mattenah: What if one found a nest upon a man's head? - He replied, lt is written: And earth upon his head.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' II Sam. XV, 32. Earth even though upon a man's head is still called earth and is looked upon as on the ground; likewise a nest upon a man's head is also looked upon as on the ground, and so the law of letting the dam go applies.');"><sup>15</sup></span>
