הא אינו נושא אלא עון טומאה שהותרה מכללה בצבור
If the iniquity of nothar,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' V. Glos.');"><sup>3</sup></span> surely it is already said, neither shall it be imputed [unto him that offereth it]?<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Ib. VII, 18. Sifrei Devarim
(Devarim 18:5) "For in him (the Cohein) did the L-rd your G-d choose from all of your tribes to stand to serve in the name of the L-rd": We are hereby taught that his service is valid only standing, and if he sat and served, his service is invalid.
