Mishnah for Gittin 163:11

אמר רבינא ת"ש כל הבתים מטמאין בנגעים אלא של עובדי כוכבים אי אמרת בשלמא חוץ הוא שפיר אלא אי אמרת על מנת הוא על מנת דלא מיטמו בתי עובדי כוכבים הוא דמיטמו בתי ישראל הא מיטמו בתי עובדי כוכבים לא מטמאי בתי ישראל

but where he says except' he agrees with them, on the ground that he has left an omission in the Get? — Rabina replied: Come and hear: 'All houses are defiled by strokes of leprosy but those of heathen'.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Neg. XII, 1. ');"><sup>10</sup></span>

Mishnah Negaim

All houses may contract negaim uncleanness, except those of non-Jews. If one bought houses from non-Jews, any it must be inspected as if they had then first appeared. A round house, a triangular house, or a house built on a ship, on a raft or on four beams, is not susceptible to negaim uncleanness. But if it was four-sided, even if it was built on four pillars, it is susceptible to uncleanness.
