הוא מותיב לה והוא מפרק לה לעולם דלא נקיט שטרא והכא במאי עסקינן כשחייב מודה
He raised the objection and he also solved it: This may, in fact, refer to one who does not have a document but here we are dealing with a case where the debtor admits [his liability].
