And as soon as the rebellious are destroyed, the horn of the righteous is raised, as it is written, "And all the horns of the wicked I shall raze; let the horns of the righteous be raised (Psalms 75:11)." And it is put next to it, "And if a stranger shall live among you (Leviticus 19:33)."
