אמר ליה השתא מוכרת קמיבעיא לי דאע"ג דאיכא למימר זוזי אנסוה דאמינא כמאן דקא מחו לה מאה עוכלי בעוכלא מוחלת מיבעיא

He said to him: Now I am enquiring concerning the case of a woman who forgave her ketubah—even though [in that case] it might be assumed [that her need for] money compelled her [to the sale; and, furthermore,] it might be said [that she is] like a person who was struck a hundred blows with a hammer, do I need to ask the question about one who surrendered her claim to her ketubah?
