רבי יהודה היינו ת"ק אלא לאו ממאנת איכא בינייהו דתנא קמא סבר אית לה ורבי יהודה סבר לית לה
Judah’s ruling is the same as that of the first Tanna? Rather it may be concluded that the difference between them is the case of a minor who had exercised her right of refusal: the first Tanna holds that she is entitled [to maintenance] while R. Judah holds that she is not.
