אלא אמר רב אשי קונמות קא אמרת שאני קונמות דקדושת הגוף נינהו וכדרבא דאמר רבא הקדש חמץ ושחרור מפקיעין מידי שיעבוד

Rather R. Ashi said: You were speaking of konamot! Konamot are different [from ordinary vows] since they effect the consecration of the body itself. And [the reason here is the same] as that of Rava, for Rava stated: Consecration, chametz cancel a mortgage.
