טעמא דכתב רחמנא לו הא לאו הכי ה"א אפילו כדי רכבו ופרשיו נמי לא לא צריכא לאפושי:
But if even a single idlehorse involves [the prohibition,] He shall not multiply, why state horses[plural]? — To show us that with each single idle horse he transgressesanew the prohibitory command.
