אמר רבא בברא כ"ע לא פליגי דברא משמע כי פליגי בבורא ב"ש סברי בורא דעתיד למברא וב"ה סברי בורא נמי דברא משמע

Raba said : Everybody agrees about bara' that it means "he created." In what do they differ? About the word bore' ; Bet Shammai hold that bore' means "he will create," but Bet Hillel hold that bore' has also the same meaning as bara'.
