מיתיבי הקורא את שמע וכופלה הרי זה מגונה מגונה הוא דהוי שתוקי לא משתקינן ליה

Against this is quoted : He who reads the Shema' and repeats the words is to be reprimanded. He is to be reprimanded, but not silenced !
