Reference for Berakhot 85:10

והוא אומר על המוגמר כו': מדקתני והוא אומר על המוגמר מכלל דאיכא עדיף מיניה ואמאי

The same one says the benediction over the perfume, etc. Since he teaches, The same one says the benediction over the perfume, it is to be inferred that there may be somebody more worthy than he ; why, then, [is it his privilege] ?
