אבא שאול אומר חילוף הדברים: מ"ט מינוהו ב"ד ישבע בההיא הנאה דקא נפיק עליה קלא דאיניש מהימנא הוא דהא סמיך עליה בי דינא משום שבועה לא אתי לאמנועי
