Reference for Ketubot 164:3

בלבד שתהא כתובתה על נכסי בעלה הראשון: מאי טעמא אשה הקנו לו מן השמים

Except that her ketubah remains a charge on her first husband’s estate. What is the reason? A wife was given to him from heaven.
