לימא בהא קמיפלגי דמ"ס טעה בדבר משנה חוזר ומר סבר טעה בדבר משנה אינו חוזר

Shall we say that they differ on this principle; One Master holds that if the judge erred in a decision because he overlooked a mishnah, the decision must be reversed and the other Master holds that if the judge erred in a decision because he overlooked a mishnah, the decision need not be reversed?
