ואינה נמכרת ונשנית : מכלל דעבד עברי נמכר ונשנה והתניא (שמות כב, ב) בגניבתו ולא בכפילו בגניבתו ולא בזממו בגניבתו כיון שנמכר פעם אחת שוב אי אתה רשאי למוכרו
