כמאן דלא כי האי תנא דתניא ר' יוסי בר רבי יהודה אומר עומר בא מחוצה לארץ ומה אני מקיים (ויקרא כג, י) כי תבאו אל הארץ שלא נתחייבו בעומר קודם שנכנסו לארץ
