ת"ש אימתי אמרו מת הבעל נתרוקנה רשות לאב בזמן שלא שמע הבעל או שמע והפר או שמע ושתק ומת בו ביום ואי אמרת גירושין כשתיקה דמו ליתני נמי או שמע וגירש מדלא תני הכי ש"מ גירושין כהקמה דמו
