מתקיף לה ר' ירמיה מי דמי שדה זו שאני מוכר לך השתא בידיה היא אשה בידה להקדיש מעשה ידיה הא לא דמי אלא לאומר לחבירו שדה זו שמכרתי לך לכשאקחנה ממך תקדיש מי קדשה
