התם הא אמר רב משרשיא מזוזה חובת הדר היא הכא מאי אמר להו רב נחמן בר יצחק תנינא המשכיר בית לחברו אם עד שלא מסר לו מפתחות חל ארבעה עשר על המשכיר לבדוק ואם משמסר לו מפתחות חל ארבעה עשר על השוכר לבדוק
