Joseph queried: [Do we need] to fix a <i>halachah</i> for [the days of]the Messiah?<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Since the Sanhedrin no longer had jurisdiction in capital offences, there is no practical utility in this ruling, which can become effective only in the days of the Messiah.
