הא נמי פשיטא איצטריך ס"ד אמינא הואיל וכתיב (במדבר לה, כה) וישב בה עד מות הכהן הגדול אימא כל דאית ליה תקנתא בחזרה ליגלי דלית ליה תקנתא בחזרה לא ליגלי דתנן
