Whilethe latter clause deals with invalid judges and competent witnesses; therefore,since the judges are disqualified, the witnesses too are rejected. Raba objected:As for arguing<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., the litigant proved his opponent's witnesses invalid, but was unable to do so likewise in the case of the proposed judges. Yet in virtue of the first, he can object to his opponent's choice of judges too. ');">²</span>
