א"ר אבהו עשרה דברים יש בין דיני ממונות לדיני נפשות וכולן אין נוהגין בשור הנסקל חוץ מעשרים ושלשה

R. Abbahu said: In ten respects do civil suits differ from capital charges,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' As detailed in the Mishnah.
