בשלמא למאן דאמר נכסיהן למלך היינו דכתיב (מלכים א ב, כח) וינס יואב אל אהל ה' ויחזק בקרנות המזבח וכתיב (מלכים א ב, כב) ויאמר לא (אצא) כי פה אמות אלא למאן דאמר נכסיהן ליורשין מאי נפקא ליה מינה לחיי שעה
