');">³⁹</span> so is <i>terumah</i>, in respect of which 'A sojourner and a hired servant' were mentioned, forbidden to the uncircumcised. R. Akiba stated: This deduction is unnecessary. Since it was stated, What man soever,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Lev. XXII, 4. ');">⁴⁰</span>
