אמר רב אי לאו דחמיתיה לחביבי דחלץ בסנדל דאית לה שינצין אנא לא הואי חליצנא אלא בסנדלא דטייעא דמיהדק טפי והאי דידן אע"ג דאית ביה חומרתא קטרינן ביה מיתנא כי היכי דתהוי חליצתה מעלייתא:
