אלא לאו בחרש מעיקרא ומדהוא חרש מעיקרא היא נמי חרשת מעיקרא ומדאחיות חרשות מעיקרא נכריות נמי חרשות מעיקרא ותנן גבי נכריות כונס אין חולץ לא אישתיק
