אמר רבא מאי טעמא דמלחמה משום דאמרה בדדמי סלקא דעתא בכל הני דאיקטול הוא פליט אם תימצא לומר כיון דשלום בינו לבינה נטרא עד דחזיא זימנין דמחו ליה בגירא או ברומחא וסברא ודאי מת ואיכא דעבד סמתרי וחיה
