אמר אביי לא קשיא הא ר"ש בן אלעזר הא רבנן דתניא מעידין על המגוייד ואין מעידין על הצלוב רבי שמעון בן אלעזר אומר אף על המגוייד אין מעידין מפני שיכול לכוות ולחיות
