Said R. Abba in the name of Rab: The judgment must stand.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Once the levir received a half of the estate of his deceased brother it cannot again be taken away from his heirs. The second claim of the 'doubtful son' is, therefore, invalid. ');">³⁹</span> R.
