אם כן לימא קרא בקודש מאי בכל קודש ש"מ תרתי

Resh Lakish maintained [that] he is flagellated, [for it is written,] 'She shall touch no hallowed thing', no distinction be drawn whether it is before sprinkling or after sprinkling.
