אמר לו רבי לבר קפרא מאי משמע

but thou mayest not dedicate unblemished [animals] for the Temple repair.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Since they are fit for the higher sanctity of sacrifices.');"><sup>4</sup></span> Hence it was said, Whoever dedicates unblemished [animals] for the Temple repair transgresses an affirmative precept - I only know [that he transgresses] an affirmative precept: whence do we know [that he transgresses also] a negative injunction?

Tosefta Pesachim

Water that was used by bakers may be poured out in a level place, but it may not be poured out in a place with a downward slope (קטפרוס) because it gathers together and becomes leavened.
